One of three Tigrean babies are dying out of starvation. Desperate mothers are increasingly becoming sex workers to feed their families. Thousands of youth are roaming on empty streets with eyes impregnated with despair. Thousands more are leaving their families behind and joining the struggle. Men, women, old and young are giving their lives in defense of the principle of human dignity,
In the middle of all these, the inept and pseudo Ph.D. who is mismanaging his Ethiopia-the Ethiopia of his fantasies in contrast to the real Ethiopia, the daughter of Classical Tigray, is threatening war again, advised by the ignorant and morally bankrupt hotel philosophers in Addis.
Again Tigray will not be intimated and the categorical imperative of feeding, sheltering, medicating and allowing Tigreans to communicate and withdraw their money from banks is an inalienable right.
What he does not know is that Tigray will neither be intimidated nor will its able leaders and valiant generals with the foundation of its heroic youth present the return of basic services, which are unnegotiable .
If the Ethiopian leader does not provide basic services to the people, the people will have to do it themselves.
Refusing to provide services to the Tigrean people is to invite war. If this is the case, then the Tigrean people must respond accordingly and appropriately with the cooperation and guidance of or able leaders.
I appeal to all Ethiopians to support the Tigrean if they resolve to start a social movement if defense of human dignity and the right to live in Tigray. Support the people’s movement by thinking from the heart and do God’s work.
