Tigray Education Bureau damage assessment report indicates not only 2,146 teachers and students (84% girls) are murdered (excluding the ongoing mass killings in western Tigray) but also nearly all educational materials, school facilities as well as different school infrastructures are looted, destroyed or damaged on purpose to the extent of student toilets.
